Know what’s included

A focused assessment
of your lived-in home.

The standard AirMap

  • One home up to 3,000 square feet
  • One 90-minute visit and one ducted-system visual review
  • One monitor location for seven full days
  • One written report after monitor retrieval

AirMap screens selected conditions, not individual allergens or the cause of symptoms. It is not a medical evaluation, mold assessment, comprehensive home inspection or home-safety certification. Radon, laboratory work and qualified mechanical diagnostics are separately scoped.

For a home without ducts, we can focus on room filtration, ventilation and seasonal humidity. We confirm the appropriate scope before scheduling.

A few good questions.

Where do I start?

Start with AirMap: a 90-minute visit, seven days of screening in one main living area and a written plan. It is $695, credited in full toward an installed package accepted within 30 days after your proposal is delivered.

Can you help with allergens, stuffiness or dry winter air?

We can investigate the home conditions behind those concerns. Allergen reduction, outdoor-air ventilation and humidity management involve different work; your findings determine the proposal. No package guarantees symptom relief.

What if I have an unexplained illness or feel unwell at home?

Speak with a healthcare professional about unexplained or persistent symptoms. AirMap can complement that care by reviewing selected home conditions; it cannot diagnose an illness or establish its cause.

Is this a medical or mold test?

No. AirMap observes accessible conditions and screens selected air measurements. It does not identify individual allergens. Medical evaluation, mold assessment, regulated radon tests and specialist diagnostics are separate.
