Published prices describe starting residential scopes and remain subject to a home assessment and written proposal. This website does not create an installation contract, reserve an appointment or collect payment. No work is authorized until the customer accepts a separate written agreement.
What the information means
This website provides general information about indoor air, filtration, ventilation, humidity and sealing. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose a home, certify safety or guarantee pollutant removal, comfort, savings or health outcomes. AirMap screens selected conditions only and does not replace mold, radon, combustion, laboratory or other specialist testing.
Emergencies
If a CO alarm sounds or you suspect gas or carbon monoxide exposure, get outside and call emergency services from a safe location. Do not wait for a response to a website inquiry.
Service agreements
Services, equipment, territory, provider qualifications, fees, taxes, warranties, cancellation terms and other material conditions will be stated in the applicable written proposal or service agreement before any commitment. Planned services, such as AirCare 365, are not available for enrollment until expressly stated otherwise.
Website requests
A public inquiry is received for Happy Homes review, but it is not an appointment or contract. My Home Air is a separate signed-in planning workspace. Neither feature collects payment or authorizes work.
