Information saved in My Home Air
The Air Planner runs in your browser. Reviewing a form does not save it. Selecting “Save privately” stores your entered contact details, ZIP code, appointment preferences and home notes in this site’s hosted database. Later saves store your findings, equipment, draft proposal and care history. Uploaded photos are stored in private object storage and are available only through an authenticated record access check. This is a real saved workspace, not device-only storage.
Information you choose to enter
The form asks for a name, email, ZIP code and a short description of the home concern. Do not enter symptom histories, medical diagnoses, passwords, Wi-Fi credentials or other sensitive information. For equipment photos, exclude people, addresses, documents and private labels; remove location metadata before uploading. Original images are stored without automatic metadata removal.
Hosting and outside links
The hosting provider may process standard request and access information to operate the site. This public site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited, how visitors arrive and basic browser and device information. Google Analytics may set cookies and receive standard online identifiers. Happy Homes does not intentionally send contact form entries, home notes, appointment preferences or uploaded photos to Google Analytics. Links to Google, EPA, DOE and manufacturer resources have their own privacy practices.
Access, export and deletion
Saved My Home Air records remain private to the signed-in site identity; another signed-in identity cannot read them through the record API. Records persist until you delete them. My Home Air offers a record download and permanent removal of the active home record and its stored photos. Downloaded copies, imported calendar reminders and hosting-provider logs or backups are not removed by that action.
No automatic outside delivery
Saving does not email a customer, deliver a booking request, reserve a time, subscribe to a paid plan, order filters or connect a monitor. A calendar export remains on your device unless you choose to import or share it. This workspace is for owner review until the operating business details, service territory, recipients and final retention policy are confirmed.
Before requests or monitoring go live
The final policy will identify the operating business, contact method, data recipients, retention and deletion terms. Connected-monitor access and service communications will require their own clear customer consent.
