Travel is included in Wayland, Weston, Sudbury, Newton, Natick and Wellesley. Targeted laboratory work and certified radon testing are separately approved and priced.
Optional additions: another 48-hour monitoring location $75; detached apartment, guest suite or outbuilding $125; next-business-day report when available $95; post-improvement verification within 90 days $225. Certified radon and laboratory testing are separately scoped. AirMap screening does not include mold microscopy, allergen identification, compound-specific VOC or formaldehyde analysis, asbestos, lead, invasive openings, combustion-appliance certification, remediation clearance or medical diagnosis.

“From” figures are starting installed-work prices before any qualifying AirMap credit. Your proposal shows the $449 AirMap payment, any credit and the remaining balance as separate line items. Starting prices assume one eligible ducted HVAC system and standard access. Additional systems, major repairs, electrical work, hazardous materials and specialist work are separately quoted. Complete Air + Envelope is custom-priced after assessment.
