What you’re noticing at home
Feeling unwell at home? Take the pattern seriously.
Headaches, irritation or feeling unwell can have many causes. Discuss unexplained or persistent symptoms with a healthcare professional. A home-air review can complement that care, but cannot diagnose an illness.

What we look at.
What we can do.
- 01
Start with a healthcare professional for symptoms; do not wait for an AirMap appointment to seek care.
- 02
For the home review, discuss rooms, routines and recent changes—not private medical records.
- 03
Review accessible sources, ventilation and humidity, with separate specialist testing when appropriate.
Equipment, quantities, access and price are agreed in your written proposal before work begins.
Good questions
Before you decide.
Read the source: EPA: indoor air, symptoms and seeking medical advice ↗
Could my home be contributing to an unexplained illness?
Indoor conditions may be worth investigating, especially when symptoms appear linked to time at home. That pattern does not establish a cause. Seek medical advice alongside any home investigation.
What if several people suddenly feel ill or a CO alarm sounds?
Get everyone outside to fresh air and call 911 if carbon monoxide exposure is suspected. Do not wait for an air-quality appointment.
Should I put my symptoms or diagnosis in the request form?
No. Describe the room or building concern and leave out medical diagnoses, symptom histories and other sensitive personal information.
