Year-Round Comfort
A considered plan for dry winter rooms and damp summer spaces. Measure first, address the source, then choose the humidity care your home actually needs.
Plan this package ↗A defined scope. No guesswork.
- Humidity observations, condensation checks and a review of relevant exhaust and moisture sources
- A written recommendation for humidification, dehumidification or ventilation only where suitable
- Compatible equipment, controls, drainage and installation work explicitly listed in the proposal
- Seasonal setup guidance and a manufacturer-based homeowner maintenance plan
- Optional seasonal service visits and consumables, with their frequency and price agreed in writing
Equipment and installation are individually quoted after assessment. Leak repairs, waterproofing, mold remediation, electrical work and other HVAC alterations are not assumed included. Seasonal visits do not replace daily or weekly homeowner care. Comfort and health outcomes are not guaranteed.
Pricing: final equipment, labor and any recurring charges are confirmed in a written proposal. No new fixed price is being offered here.

Start with a humidity reading.
Measure across days and rooms. Winter window condensation may require a lower setting. Water entry, leaks and mold need their own investigation; a humidity reading cannot rule them out.
Use humidification only when needed. Do not humidify above 50%. Seasonal service does not replace routine care: follow manufacturer instructions; portable tanks need daily emptying, drying and refilling, and cleaning every third day.
